A house in Chesterton in Staffordshire has a smelly problem and needs a total overhaul and the new owner of a semi in Bestwood in Nottingham also has a lot to do, while the new owner of a flat in Strawberry Hill has less than a week to sort out her auction buy before she jets off to Germany.
