Cole is injured when his co-worker, jealous over JoBeth's preferential treatment to Cole, causes an accident. JoBeth rushes to help Cole get the immediate medical attention. There, JoBeth and Cole kiss, and Caitlin catches them, while picking up Cole for lunch. Michael and Vanessa, after a little treasure hunt, finally make love in the Sunset Beach Inn. Virginia finds out more about Martin's syndrome, and she thinks of ways to use it against Vanessa.
