Ziggy's UK adventures continue when he joins his friends to learn all about jumping, tumbling and flipping in gymnastics! With their help he discovers all about gymnastics and that a banana split isn't the same a gymnastic split, what you eat can help give you energy for gymnastics and if it's easier to walk on your hands or on your feet. In the airship Sportacus demonstrates how to walk on your hands. Stephanie and Trixie make a pirate ship and race car out of SportsCandy. The Mayor gives Stingy advice about practicing to do the splits, and Sportacus shows kids how to do the Spider Stretch. Even Robbie Rotten gets into the action by trying to set a world record in walking on his hands.

Ziggy's UK adventures continue when he joins his friends to learn all about skateboarding. With their help, Ziggy discovers that you can't use any kind of board to skateboard, that you don't need sticky shoes to help you and that it takes balance and confidence to do well. Sportacus demonstrates many different ways to do a push up. The origin of the skateboard is the subject of today's news report by Mayor Meanswell and Bessie Busybody. Stephanie dances to "Techno Generation." The Mayor explains to Stingy how to skateboard the right way. Pixel challenges Sportacus to do a one-armed hand stand, but first he has to eat some SportsCandy.

Ziggy discovers that animals don't read bedtime stories, that some animals sleep upside down and that lions are one of the sleepiest animals ever. Sportacus demonstrates how to do his super move of the day, power stretches. Bessie falls asleep while trying to deliver the news and Mayor Meanswell gives a report about the importance of sleep. Stephanie demonstrates the dance moves for "Spooky song." Stingy was to sleep forever so he can dream about being a king forever. Pixel challenges Sportacus to hit a golf ball from the airship.

With their help he discovers that you don't need a street map for street soccer, that you can't practice soccer tricks with an orange and that the best way to get better at street soccer is to practice. Sportacus demonstrates soccer tricks in his airship. Stephanie shows Trixie how to make sport water. Stingy wants to drink one drop of water a day in order make a cup of water last for years. Sportacus and kids play with balloons. Robbie Rotten tries to set a world record by kicking three soccer balls at the same time.
