Iyo requires simultaneous liver and small intestines transplant, which is unprecedented in Togo Memorial Hospital and Dr. Takayama also has no such experience. Because of this, the Board of Directors do not agree for surgery to be performed there. However, Iyo's condition does not allow her to be transferred to another hospital. Meanwhile, Misaki is a sweet kid who drowned and who had cardiac arrest when she was sent to the Togo Memorial Hospital. She was saved, but chances are very slim for her to regain consciousness.
