F*ck, That's Delicious returns with the first of three episodes dedicated to showing the world that Mexican cuisine in New York City is unmatched by any other city in the United States. In this episode, Action visits five restaurants that are solidifying this idea. We start things off in Brooklyn with a visit to Taqueria Ramirez, a Mexico City-style taqueria specializing in suadero, longaniza, campechano, tripa, pastor, and nopales. After sampling all the tacos, we visit Hellbender in Ridgewood, Queens. This is where chef Yara Herrera has made quite a name for herself by doing her own takes on fried Oaxacan cheese, a seasonal chamoy, and crispy lamb shoulder. Next, we head to Los Burritos Juárez for true border-style burritos filled with the craziest braises and beans. This is also the point in the episode where we are joined by Conner Burks and the Fight Feas/Boys in the Back crew. Action then leads the group to Esse Taco, where chef Milton Rivera made us everything from a wagyu steak

In Part 2 of our exploration into the nationwide dominance of New York's Mexican restaurants, we visited three very different establishments. The first segment is a visit to Enrique Olvera's restaurant, Cosme. Action is treated to a private Tlayuda party with the chef in the restaurant's kitchen. After a lesson in tortilla crispiness and ant-based sauce, Action and Enrique sit down for some coffee. At the same time, Action tastes a late-fall tamale dish, discussing their grandmother's penchant for borderline-rotten bananas and chicken pickings. A quick, but essential interlude at the NYC staple, Yummy Taco, brings us back to the foundation of Action's love of Mexican cuisine, before we hit up a multi-course tasting menu at Corima, a Michelin-star restaurant from chef Fidel Caballero. Action takes down a barrage of never-before-seen Mexican-inspired dishes while standing with the chef in the kitchen on a busy Friday night. ¡Disfruta el espectáculo!

In our final episode, documenting the current state of Mexican cuisine in NYC, we visit two staples of the Mexican community in Queens, Mariscos Submarinos and Mayas Snackbar. For this food adventure, Action enlisted two of the chefs from the first episode, Yara Herrera and Milton Rivella. Our first stop is for Mexican-style seafood done in every style, from ceviches to grilled shrimp to octopus tacos. And for the second stop, we hit the wildest desert place of any cultural origin- Mayas Snack Bar. This place has the widest selection of food and dessert on planet earth. Do you want Elote-style ramen? They have it. How about a whole watermelon cut and dressed with chamoy and candy? They have that too. As well as many styles of pancakes, ice pops, and other varied sweets and snacks. Thanks for watching!

In this most historic episode of FTD, Action Bronson is joined by NYC Mayor Zorhan Mamdani for Iftar. The site for this special meal was Jannat Aden, a Yemeni restaurant in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn. After the Mayor breaks his fast with some chai and dates, the gracious staff of this restaurant crushed the table with various grilled fish, lamb Haneeth, Salta, chicken Agda, and many more classic Yemeni dishes. But this episode is more than just Yemeni cuisine with the mayor; it also has a visit to what might be the best Uzbeki restaurant in Brooklyn, Samarkand Nights. Action and his friend entered looking for kebabs and Plov, but left with a newfound love for Uzbek soup and their take on fried potatoes with mushrooms. This episode is jam-packed with flavor. Enjoy!

In the second installment of FTD's exploration of the cuisine of Central Asia and nearby regions, we have found ourselves firmly rooted in Afghanistan. We start the episode at Diljan Bakery, a relatively new spot that combines classic Afghan breads and sweets into a modern New York bakery/coffee shop. From there, we head to Astoria, Queens, a fool’s paradise of delicious food from around the world to dine at Sami's Kabab House. Sami's is famous for their kabab platters, so we had to have one. For dessert, we walked up the block to Little Flower Cafe, the owner of Sami's son's place, for an espresso and pancake finisher. This episode is a family affair. Enjoy!

For the first time, Action Bronson and the Human Growth Hormone take the stage at Katz's Deli. Katz's has been a New York City food landmark for over 100 years, but for one night in May, it turned into a concert venue to host the return of Action and his band as they debuted his new album, Planet Frog. Before the show, Action and his bassist, Nick Coleman, stopped into Katz's to chat with the owner, Jake Dell, and have a couple of sandwiches. Please enjoy, and a video of the full concert is coming out on this channel soon.
