But on the night before the landing, the first men of this titanic operation have already set foot on French soil. These fighters belong to the famous British Special Air Service and they are French! They are the men of the 2nd Parachute Fighter Regiment of Free France. Once they arrive in France, these elite soldiers will not fight alone, because Brittany is a land of resistance.
