Three trainee chefs spend 10 days in Jakarta, as they are tested by the slums most demanding customers. 17 year old fussy eater Aria, has dreamt of been a chef since she was in Primary school. Chelsee, 17, got an E in her GCSE food, but isn't letting that deter her and 21 year old Lakshmi has always dreamt of opening up her own restaurant.
