Anthony helps out Tom and Judy Thibadeau save their hotel, the University Inn in Atlanta. However, he soon discovers that he has a tough road ahead when the owners tell him that a chair at the local hospital blacklisted them. To make things worse, Anthony discovers that the owners have a rat infestation in one of their buildings.
