In the teatime clash, city rivals Manchester United are welcomed by a Sunderland side still adjusting to life without recently-sacked boss Paolo Di Canio. Mark Hughes takes his new club Stoke to former employers Fulham. Newly-promoted Crystal Palace face a tough-looking trip to Anfield to play Liverpool, while fellow Premier League newboys Hull entertain Aston Villa, and Cardiff take on Newcastle.
