Since the boys are in Germany, Dag Otto will teach Kristian a few things about strict discipline. During the episode, he wants an end to Kristian constantly falling asleep. They also bring with them two mountain bike fans - Erik Solér and Terje Skonseng Naudéer, and together with them they get a quality course from the former mountain bike world champion Rune Høydal. They also get an exclusive meeting with cycling fan Ingvar Ambjørnsen in his apartment in Hamburg - where he and Dag Otto watch the professional Wattenfall Cyclassics on TV and talk about cycling tactics - while Kristian is out along the trail in a devil costume.
