José Avillez is Sílvia Alberto's guest on this Sociedade Recreativa. The award-winning chef, who never says no to a good challenge, participated in The Voice Portugal as a Super Coach on Anselmo Ralph's team and in January will debut as a judge on a new RTP program. He is the first Portuguese to receive the Best Chef of the Year Award from the International Academy of Gastronomy. Always committed and driven to success, he confesses: "At certain points in my life, challenge intersects with unconsciousness, and I've cried a lot along the way."
