6 Weeks VS 12 Months Aged Taste Off : Safety Net Whiskey (6x1)

Today I am tasting 2 different versions of the very first safety net whiskey. The one that utilized Munich malt and a few specialty malts to bump up the flavour.
The first version was "aged" for 6 weeks. At the time I was pretty happy with it! But I saved a bottle, unopened, to be tasted next to another version that has been sitting for 12 months!
