I attempted to make Mango Vodka. It did not go to plan. Turns out I made Fish/Mango vodka! How this happened I have no idea! I blame the frozen mango.
That being said I think this was an ingredients issue, not a method problem. This "test" gave me enough information to hypothesise that a clear distilled mango vodka could be quite nice.
