Ryan had an off flavour in his whiskey and was not sure how to fix it. We can't be sure if I helped solve it until he makes the same recipe again. But it did bring up two interesting problems that new distillers should be aware of!
It also highlighted a few ways that new distillers and experienced distillers can better work together to help transfer knowledge.
