Making A Sweet Rummy & Liquorice Gin At Home (3x42)

I recently made a earthy, spicey gin with the low end of my Chimera spirit. This time I am using the High end to make a rummy, liquorice, fennel, orange, star anise gin with a touch of cinnamon.
What's it good for? So far I have tried it mixed with mango juice and/orange juice with a touch of tonic and also mixed with a strawberry liqour. Both are pretty awesome.
