Will is director of Doras, a relief organization in the Vogelbuurt. She is shocked when she learns that Ramona has been thrown out into the street with her husband and young children in her neighborhood. She promises them her help. Ditte and Carmelita also both visit Doras for the first time: they are in dire straits now that the bills are piling up.
