The Rising Volt Tacklers are in Olivine City in the Johto region, following up on a tip about the location of Entei. Olivine City is Ludlow’s hometown, and he is surprised to see how much it has changed. He accompanies Liko, Roy, and Dot as they ask the locals about Entei. Eventually, they meet Siskel, a huge fan of the actor Guy Silver, who starred in the “Versus Sharpedo” series of movies filmed in Olivine City. It seems that Guy Silver has since moved away from the city, but when the Tatsugiri from the Brave Olivine get into trouble, a suspiciously familiar superhero arrives to save the day…
