The spirit of Lucius’s wife, Rystal, has appeared at the Crystal Pool, and Liko and Diana are shocked to learn they are descendants of the pair. Rystal shares her memories of meeting Lucius, whose love of Pokémon and determination to find Laqua led her to join his adventure. With Rayquaza by Lucius’s side and Terapagos by Rystal’s, they set out on their journey, and Lucius went on to catch the rest of his Pokémon partners. Then, Lucius and Rystal teamed up with Gibeon, officially forming the Explorers. They eventually reached Laqua and were awed by its natural beauty, but the lush paradise was hiding a terrible secret…
