We're nearing the end of the great Mediterranean cruise and the ship has docked in Livorno on the west coast of Italy. Tuscany is beautiful and spirits are high when James and Adam Price find their first truffle in a secret forest on the outskirts of the beautiful town of San Miniato in the heart of Tuscany. The dishes couldn't be better and are, of course, inspired by this amazing find: 'Scrambled eggs with shaved truffles' and 'Linguine with Taleggio and white truffles'. Back on the impressive ship, the feast continues when the Price brothers bring out the ship's most exclusive dish: 'Lobster Thermidor'.
