Ekki Talkötter can persuade Georg Wilsberg to help his cousin's Thomas's desperate family. For fear of their little son Max, they want to keep the police out - Wilsberg will hand over the money. But Commissioner Springer was long ago informed by the anxious mother Melanie - without her husband's knowledge - and intervenes.
