The delivery is to a child's hospital room about to undergo surgery. He asks Daiya to deliver a special present to the child. Daiya readily accepts the request from his mentor, but while carrying out the mission, a Kumajuu appears. Ishirou and the other three rush to the scene and begin fighting, but they are affected by strange radio waves and start attacking each other.
