Officers Sarkis and Stef respond when a disturbed woman allegedly assaults an elderly person. Shortly after, they mediate a dispute over a piece of bread in a small park. Dianne and Rick encounter a man who is extremely intoxicated and verbally abuses them. Ewout observes Marloes and Robin’s efforts to help a disturbed man on the street, only to become entangled in the bureaucracy of mental health services.
