But Galactor, who instructs Somure, appears in the mansion of the Prime Minister and tells him that he either obeys or dies. By the demand of the governor, the Science Ninja Team sneaks in through the secret back door. On the peace memorial day, presents are distributed to the children by the governor. But the Suimusa group, which Jinpei met, have their presents stolen by children from the upper city quarter.
