Are you sure it's your own fault that you're poor? Do you have a very large television? Shouldn't you just work a little harder? Nobody in the Netherlands has to be poor, right? People who live at or below the poverty line provide answers to questions and prejudices of viewers. The former 'Flippo millionaire' Hans tells what it is like to be filthy rich and now have to live on welfare. Zsasy has incurred a lot of debt in the past because she had a shopping addiction and is in debt restructuring. She sees being poor as an opportunity to learn from her mistakes. Tamara and Alex have no roof over their heads. Due to a combination of circumstances, they ended up on the street while Tamara is pregnant.
