At a California gas station, a driver who claims to have witnessed an accident on the road corners a vehicle he believes was involved. A Florida driver gets out of his car and attempts to fight an SUV with his bare hands. In Brazil, a scooter is clipped by a turning car, sending the rider down a storm drain.
