Two police officers were gunned down during a routine traffic stop. Immediately, witnesses came forward to offer information. One of these witnesses was hypnotized to help create a composite of the suspect. Simultaneously, a convict was claiming to know the identity of the shooter as well. When the police were unable to find the suspect and the media released his identity, he surrendered to a local TV reporter
