"Beauty and the Beast" is one of the most treasured Disney animated films of all time, and it's only made better by it's incredible cast characters. They transcended the conventions of previous Disney movies, especially with how they presented the "Prince Charming" trope as the antagonist, Gaston. He's an arrogant, selfish ladies-man who needs to save a damsel in distress (even if Belle doesn't want him to save her).
