Part five of the World’s Fastest Electric Ice Cream Van project; having spent a lot of time on my SolidWorks 3D cad software designing an adaptor to connect the gearbox bell-housing to the casing of the electric motor I finally get to start making it and get busy with a waterjet profiling machine. Then I crack on assembling all of the pieces… Joining me for a cup of tea this week is Danny Hopkins, the Editor of Practical Classics magazine.
