This is the second part of episode 413: Constitutionalism and the Rule of Law Constitutionalism had its origins in Enlightenment thought and shaped the way we understand the State today. Today, the Constitution is often cited when the government makes a questionable decision or when the STF is going to judge an issue of social interest. However, the vision of the Constitution was not always like this and in this episode we will understand how it got to what it is today.
