More and more ATMs are being blown up in Germany. In 2022 alone there were almost 500. The perpetrators act unscrupulously - and endanger human lives with massive explosions. The police seem powerless, almost helpless, in the face of this. The banks are apparently not doing everything they can to stop this type of crime. Sebastian Heidelberger and Timo Robben investigated the question of why it is so difficult to stop the perpetrators.
