Florian wanted to kill several people. When he committed his crime, he suffered from schizoid personality disorder. That's why he doesn't go to prison, but to the correctional system. Mentally ill offenders receive therapy here and, in most cases, are supposed to find a way back into society. Florian has been accommodated for more than 11 years now and there is little prospect of being released. Do people like Florian deserve a second chance or should they be locked away forever?
