The popular musician Bobi Wine already sits in the Ugandan parliament. And he wants more. Many believe he can take over as president. He has long been supported by Coldplay and U2, and international media reported that Wine was unjustly taken to prison and apparently mistreated there. Can he make it to the presidency?
