Theft and wanted man on island (2x4)

The Maritime Police has received reports of homeless people settling on islands in the Stockholm archipelago and once in place, both stolen goods and a wanted man are found. A large alarm goes off about a sinking boat and the lifeguards pull out by helicopter.
