I'm doing the hot "AquaFloat Yoga" these days hahaha (2x114)

We sincerely thank the instructor who joined us. Today I learned AquaFloat Yoga which will make it even hotter this summer :) I've heard a lot of other things, but I think it's my first time doing AquaFloat Yoga. It was unfamiliar, but it was pretty fun lol The instructor makes it fun too. I'm so new, I couldn't do many moves, but I enjoyed exercising and playing in the water :) I did it at Aqua Field, an outdoor swimming pool, but they say they do it a lot at the Han River or indoors! If you are interested, please try it once :) For a healthier body!
