A proud postal worker and a father gets promoted to postmaster, he moves his family out to a new part of town. Everybody seems to enjoy their new home except for Colin, their son. But after Doug, their pet parrot, and Admiral Bozzlebags, the person in charge, give him some words of advice, Colin learns to appreciate his new home and especially his dad.
