DOSE: - Normal dose for people suffering from insomnia: 200mg. - Do not take too many tablets, you can experience: restlessness, disorientation, confusion, difficulty to sleep, diarrhea, hallucinations, chest pain, change in heart rate and blood pressure. RISKS: - Headache. - Irritation. - Impatience. - Less appetite.
