2003: Audrey is consumed by guilt - Franck, the father of her best friend Elaura was seriously burned during the fire. To avoid sinking, she manages to convince Joseph and his team to act as bait, in order to stop Itsas. They frequent nightclubs. But one evening, taking advantage of a moment of inattention from the police, Itsas almost kills Audrey. Joseph reassures the terrified young woman. They are kissing. Joseph immediately restrains himself but Audrey is in love. 2019: Audrey manages to get Ana, Maialen's best friend, to talk and discovers that the young woman was meeting married men via dating apps. Pauline ends up suspecting a married man, Guillaume Conan, who had a meeting with Maialen. At the police station, Joseph comes face to face with Audrey: Pauline is his daughter! The confrontation is violent: 16 years earlier, Audrey ruined her life. He orders him to drop the Maialen affair and to no longer approach Pauline.
