A complaint regarding corruption within Jaesong Construction is received by Bureau Five and sparks a conflict between Dong-joo and Oh Young. Dong-joo believes that it’s the one and only chance to bring Tae-joon down, but at the same time, he suspects that it might also be a trap. Eventually, Bureau Five launches a forced investigation into Jaesong Construction, which leads to the discovery of a shocking truth.
