Jutta Rausch, the green city treasurer of Münster, has received an anonymous threatening letter. Since she is one of the supporters of a controversial construction project, her husband Jochen is seriously worried. He therefore hires private detective Georg Wilsberg as a bodyguard for his wife. However, the wife is very stubborn, and she must not learn anything from a protector, because she would never accept him!
