Rena is a female truck driver who lives happily with her two children. However, her true identity is a Horror that takes over the heart of a mother and will protect her children by any means necessary. Makai Knight Mikage Jinga and his partner Makai Priest Fuusa detect the Horror’s presence and go to suppress it. The two fight a hard battle against the Horror. However, Jinga finds himself unable to cut her down. The memory of Jinga's family haunts his thoughts.
