Sweep keeps falling asleep so Matthew decides to send him up in a hot air balloon to keep him awake, with Sooty holding on to the balloon with rope. However the rope snaps and Sweep goes flying off across the countryside! Matthew and Sooty chase the balloon in the Sooty mobile!
