High school sweethearts Renee and Michael Wymer's house has a lot of history. Renee grew up in the house that they bought from her dad, but it's too small for their family of four. Designer/contractor Chip Wade reconfigures the house to better utilize the space. He knocks down all the walls between the kitchen, dinning room and outdoor porch to create a huge open and airy space. In the kitchen he installs new ceiling high shelving with movable glass panels, and builds a beautiful sunken floor dining area with a custom dining table that expands into the outdoor deck, and converts into outdoor seating.
