Commissioners Max Ballauf and Freddy Schenk are investigating the murder of a 17-year-old schoolboy. His body was found naked on a lakefront near Cologne. Initial investigations at his school quickly reveal that there is rumbling within the student body and some classmates are not at all sad about Jan's death, apparently he was bullied.
