Journalist Jon Ronson travels to North Pole, Alaska, a town where it is permanently Christmas, but where a darker side lurks just below the surface. In 2006, six 13 year old schoolchildren, who work as 'elves' writing letters back to children on behalf of Santa Claus, were arrested for plotting a mass murder of students and teachers.
