Selected in 2009 to carry out a mission aboard the ISS, Thomas Pesquet has been preparing for this trip for seven years. In space, he will work five days a week. Also, he must train intensively to deal with all possible scenarios during the flight. In addition, to stay at full capacity in space, he will need to do two hours of physical exercise a day.
