On this episode of How to Drink, I am taking a look at the Vesper Martini created by Ian Fleming in Casino Royal. This cocktail is mainly a large glass of gin, vodka, and Kina Lillet (unfortunately doesn’t exist anymore). There are numerous fixes for this issue floating around, in this case I opt for one of the more accessible approaches: Lillet Blanc and Angostura bitters!
