The housing team in Harrow accompany the police on a raid after receiving reports of dangerous conditions at a home belonging to a notorious slumlord's brother. Lettings agent John wants to turn a former Blackpool hotel into bedsits, but a routine check on the property reveals not only a severely neglected house, but also a drugs den littered with paraphernalia and some of the worst conditions he has ever witnessed.
