Hello, I'm Solar too ^^ Dragon Kings~~ Today, I'm here to share the stretches I do every evening (some days I don't when I'm tired ;;)! I am not an expert, so there are many things I am lacking, but I felt that my body was changing little by little with these movements, so I thought it would be better if we did it together, so I decided to try this.
