Cliff Farmer tells Bet that the Rovers have been drawn against the White Swan, Stella Rigby's pub. Brian plans to enjoy his freedom. Terry tries to show Jack that the car is a deathtrap to knock him down on the price but Jack tells him it's too dangerous to sell to him. Ivy asks Gail to come home before the rift gets too big. Jack gets £525 off Terry for the car. Audrey discovers Gail and Nicky are festering in a bedsit and she rows with Brian. Jack discovers Terry is using the car for removals.
