He goes out on patrol with a specialist police team who tackle what they call the ‘Fatal Five' - speeding, driving without a seatbelt, driving while distracted, careless driving, and being behind the wheel under the influence of drugs or drink. And he meets a man who openly admits to having driven under the influence of hard drugs.
